As a pediatric physical therapist and momma of three, I truly understand the joy, excitement, overwhelm and just overall complexity that comes with navigating and best supporting a child’s unique journey through milestones.

After witnessing countless families share their concerns and frustration over a lack of support and easily accessible information that ultimately impacted their child’s development, I KNEW my life’s mission was to find an easily accessible way to share my expertise and support these caregivers & their children in the most crucial years of their developmental life. 

That’s why I created my Mastering Milestones Courses, including Tummy Time, Rolling & Sitting, Crawling, & Walking. With cuts in funding, a massive lack of trusted resources for our children, and more and more children falling behind, caregivers need support more than ever, and it is an honor to give it.
